Wine Club Terms & Conditions
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is by invitation only if you dined or stayed with La Petite Ferme. Membership discount will only apply after you have paid for your first shipment. All members will enjoy a variety of benefits as stipulated. By joining the La Petite Ferme Wine Club, you must commit to purchasing a minimum of 24 bottles of wine per annum. Membership will be renewed automatically for the next year unless terminated in writing by the member. La Petite Ferme reserves the right to cancel the membership should you not spend the specific amount in a year or commit yourself in receiving your chosen shipments.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made online via any VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS CLUB, AMERICAN EXPRESS Card. A direct bank transfer may be accepted but only for orders placed in South Africa.
PRICING
Prices quoted are per bottle or case as indicated. La Petite Ferme reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice. Prices quoted include 15% VAT (Value added Tax )
RETURNS POLICY
La Petite Ferme guarantees the quality of the wines we produce, and your satisfaction is foremost a priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days to arrange the return of the product at your cost. If we find that the product is defective, we will refund the product as well as the delivery costs from the farm. You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is a result of our error – if for example if you have received an incorrect or defective product or goods received are damaged in any way.
REFUNDS
When a refund is applicable, and you have paid by credit card, we will process any returns to the credit card used for the purchase. In any other case, we will refund you by EFT (electronic funds transfer) payment.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS
All merchant fees on transactions are for the Wine Club member’s own account.
PRIVACY POLICY
We understand the importance of privacy and security. We commit to protecting the information we collect from you and guarantee that it will only be used for the purpose of processing your order and providing you with the services you have requested from us. Under no circumstances will your personal details be made available to any organisation or third party.
DELIVERY
Subject to receipt of payment, delivery will be made door to door at the address specified by you in your initial application. Please indicate your correct delivery address.
Orders will only be delivered in South Africa. Delivery will be charged per quantity of wines and location in South Africa.
All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or older. If no adult is at the address when the delivery is attempted by the courier, notification of the attempted delivery will be given. The courier will retain the product until an alternative time can be arranged. If the delivery address is a work address, the Wine Club member must personally sign for the receipt of the consignment, as La Petite Ferme will not be liable for any loss of wines. Should the product be returned to the farm due to incorrect delivery address or not be present for delivery, the member will be held liable for the delivery costs.
Please notify La Petite Ferme of address change prior delivery. La Petite Ferme will not be responsible for the shipping charges incurred due to incorrect delivery address. La Petite Ferme will not be liable for any loss due to the delay in deliveries out of our control. If there are specific instructions or needs regarding a shipment, it must please be indicated in writing, to wineclub@lapetiteferme.co.za
Our Cellar and Wine Club team will ensure your shipment is prepared and sent within 7 working days from payment confirmed.
The above is valid on all orders by email, at the tasting room, and on our e-store.
WINE CLUB DISCOUNTS
Discounts will not apply to any concurrent promotional offers at the time. Wine Club members will receive the offer with the lowest value at the time of purchase.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of membership should be in writing, to wineclub@lapetiteferme.co.za
As soon your membership is cancelled, all benefits in terms of your membership will also be cancelled and forfeited with immediate effect. Cancellations of shipments are only possible if the stock has not been dispatched for delivery.
