Wine of origin Franschhoek (all grapes from La Petite Ferme).
The Cabernet Sauvignon shows itself in a beautiful garnet colour. Firm ripe tannins in its youth. Violets and cassis leading into dense ripe blackberry and plump fruit. Njoy it now or cellar it. Best drinking 2022-2030.
Winemaking
Picked between 25.0-25.5 balling. Fermentation in open fermenters for 10 days and is cap punched down manually every 5 hours. The wine is matured in 225L French oak barrels 30%new for 14 months
