The grapes for this vintage are all from our Franschhoek Estate. Hints of green apple and passion fruit on the nose and follows through on the pallet. A lively acidity adds freshness and length.
Winemaking
Grapes from three different vineyards are picked separately. 6 – 8 hour skin contact before pressing and fermenting in 100% Stainless steel. Wine is left on its fine lees for a further 2 months with occasional stirring to develop full rich flavours.
